PROFESSIONAL HOME STAGING

For our home staging customer, we offer you an opportunity to get 20% more for your home and sell your home 88% quicker than the non-staged home. A buyer needs to be able to picture themselves in your home to really love your home. With clutter closets, pictures of your family and that old torn sofa in the man cave, you are depriving your future buyers of really getting know your home. Those distractions will limit the list of potential buyers and limit the price they will pay.

 

As your professional home stager, we will walk through your home with a fine toothed comb, itemizing every small detail we feel could be improved to better your home for resell. Then we will sit down and determine your budget and available time to determine whether you want to make the repairs and updates, if you want to hire someone to make the repairs and updates for you, or if you would like us to manage the process for you.  Lastly, we will need to decide and agree upon what needs to be moved around, what needs to be moved to storage, what needs to be donated and what if anything needs to be rented. You will always be in control. We simply give you our opinion step by step. The 2-3 hr initial consultation start at $400 for a 2,000 sq ft home.

INTERIOR DESIGN & PERSONAL SHOPPING

At ellis+co design, we work with you to better understand you as a person so that we can make your home feel personal to you. Anyone can replicate a catalog room, but a good designer can make a room feel warm while being modern and clean, feel eclectic while being sophisticated, and feel light and bright while using favorite dark tones. Your space should reflect your charm and your personality.

As your interior decorator, we offer a full range of design services from a simple consultation to inspire you, to a full redesign of your entire home including floors, walls, cabinets, counters, furniture, accessories, curb appeal and more. If you are partially done with a room but you feel it is not totally coming together for you, we are happy to step in and give you our thoughts. We offer as much or as little as you need to get your home to where you want it to be. The initial one hour consultation start at $150 that can be applied to your overall services if engaged.

As your personal shopper, we will work with you personally to pick out fixtures, cabinets, tile, countertops, paint, flooring, furniture and accessories. You can also simply give us your budget and we will search out amazing pieces for your space. You are in control. Just let us know where we can help.
